What is Radiant Energy?

In physics, and in particular as measured by radiometry, radiant energy is the energy of electromagnetic and gravitational radiation. As energy, its SI unit is the joule (J). The quantity of radiant energy may be calculated by integrating radiant flux (or power) with respect to time. The symbol Qe is often used throughout literature to denote radiant energy ("e" for "energetic", to avoid confusion with photometric quantities). In branches of physics other than radiometry, electromagnetic energy is referred to using E or W. The term is used particularly when electromagnetic radiation is emitted by a source into the surrounding environment. This radiation may be visible or invisible to the human eye.

Does Nikola Tesla's Discovery Of Creating Electricity From Freely Available Radiant Energy Work?

Nikola Tesla, a remarkable scientist in the times of Thomas Edison & Marconi, discovered radiant energy & how it could be harnessed to provide free electricity.

He was the man who brought AC (alternating current) to out households despite being at odds with Edison who was adamant that DC (direct current) was the future - he did however go on to admit that he was wrong & that it was the biggest mistake he had ever made.

Furthermore, generating free electricity was something Tesla was passionate about & he was responsible for building the first hydro-electric power producing plant.

One massive benefit of utilizing Radiant Energy is that it harvests power from electromagnetic waves which are in abundance in the atmosphere at all times - day & night and in all types of weather.
On the other hand natural power sources such as those from the sun (solar power) or from the wind (wind energy) are dependent on sunshine & wind respectively and can prove costly to maintain.

Can Radiant Energy Be a Practical & Affordable Power Solution For Powering Your Home?

Radiant energy which is a natural energy source & is freely available should certainly be viewed as the power source of the future however only a handful of scientists have been able to tap into this resource effectively.

One of these incredible inventors was Dr Nikola Tesla (and more recently Paul Baumann in Switzerland) & each of these inventors demonstrated to many people, who witnessed it with their own eyes, a "cold" form of electric power that could be generated with relatively simple equipment.
Once Radiant Energy is converted into usable power it performs the same function as normal electricity but at a fraction of the cost which could have a massive impact not only on normal households but on our planet.
