Dielectric of classical science - charged particles

When searching for what is a dielectric, 100% of the world's population will get the following result:

A dielectric (or dielectric material) is an electrical insulator that can be polarized by an applied electric field. When a dielectric material is placed in an electric field, electric charges do not flow through the material as they do in an electrical conductor but only slightly shift from their average equilibrium positions causing dielectric polarization. Because of dielectric polarization, positive charges are displaced in the direction of the field and negative charges shift in the direction opposite to the field (for example, if the field is moving in the positive x-axis, the negative charges will shift in the negative x-axis). This creates an internal electric field that reduces the overall field within the dielectric itself. If a dielectric is composed of weakly bonded molecules, those molecules not only become polarized, but also reorient so that their symmetry axes align to the field.

The concept of the dielectric was based on the charged particles of classical science, before the days of Nikola Tesla, Charles Proteus Steinmetz, Maxwell, and even before Lenz (1804). This charged particle explains the phenomenon of friction that generates an electric charge. Later, one imagined that the negatively charged particle was Electron. But the greatest and brightest minds think that Electron doesn't exist. The idiot Thomson wrote the theory for Electron, and was accepted by realism to be true.

As it turns out, current science is based on some beliefs in classical science - the evolution of caveman science.

"Real" dielectric

Although 100% of the world's population receives the dielectric concept as above, those who understand the correct dielectric according to Charles Proteus Steinmetz are less than 1% of the world's population.
Dielectric is a field in Ether, it allows Ether to release tension from Ether. Different physical fields will have different tension in the aether. When tension is released we have an electric current.
There is no concept of positive or positive charge in Ether.
